Missouri Conference on History – Call for Papers

Missouri Conference on History April 13-15, 2011 Kansas City, Missouri Call for Papers The fifty-third annual meeting of the Missouri Conference on History, co-sponsored by the University of Missouri-Kansas City Department of History, the Central Plains NARA branch, the National World War I Museum and The State Historical Society of Missouri, will be held April 13-15, 2011, at the Holiday Inn at the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri. Proposals for conference sessions and papers are welcome on any historical topic or era. The conference is particularly interested in proposals for complete sessions, including panelists, chair, and commentator. The Missouri Conference on History will present a $250 prize for the best student paper presented at the conference by a registered student participant. Students (undergraduate or graduate) who wish to be considered for the prize should submit an electronic version of the completed paper of between 3,000 and 4,000 words to: Gary R.
